We're so sorry to hear your order has arrived less than perfect. Please send a photo with your order number and any other info to hello@noula-studio.com and we'll be happy to help!

Please note we require any damages to be relayed to us within 48hrs of receipt, failure to do so will mean we regrettably won't be able to issue refunds or replacements.

Please try not to contact us through Social Media if it is regarding an order, as these sometimes get missed.

We check emails regularly and aim to get back to you within 1-2 days :)

Our Candles are 300g and have a burn time of approx 45hrs. Check out our candle care blog post to ge the most out of your candles!

Our Room sprays contain 200ml of liquid and will last around 3-4 months.

Our Wax Melt clamshell bars are 70g, and have an approximate use time of 60 hours, and one cube can be used up to three times, before their scent levels begin to deplete.

Please contact us with the blends you are interested in purchasing and we will be more than happy to provide the SDS and or allergen information for this blend to you.

Alternatively, if you already own a NOULA product, you can check the CLP labels attached to the product, which detail any allergens.

When you place an order for one of our candles, you will receive a little card to teach you the ways of candle care.

Candle care is extremely beneficial at preventing any overheating jars, poor scent throw and much more. It also prolongs the life of your candle, making sure you get the most out of the product. This info is also available here.

Please note, failure to trim your wicks, burning for longer than 4 hours at a time and leaving in unsuitable conditions can be a fire risk. Should anything come from not caring for your product and following basic candle care and safety instructions we are not liable for any damages that should occur from this.
